FOUNDER - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Will is responsible for the operations and investor relations. Will has 8+ years of real estate investing experience in TX & TN.
In addition, Will has worked as a credit analyst at City Bank and as Director of Finance at Rand Capital, a commercial mortgage brokerage.
BRANDON THORNBERRY
FOUNDER - CHIEF CREDIT OFFICER
Brandon is the Founder of UrbanGate Properties, which focuses on identifying emerging markets and investing in the path of progress. Brandon spent 15+ years acquiring and renovating single family homes and multi family properties in Middle TN.
Brandon is responsible for all lending approval decisions.
Brandon lives in Nashville, TN with his wife Katie and three kids Ava, Hank, and Margaret.
LOGAN RANKIN
PRINCIPAL - ADVISER
Logan provides strategic consultation on business strategy, hiring, operations, and scaling to UrbanGate.
He has built 2 multi-million-dollar businesses and owns over 4,000 units valued at over 300 million in real estate. He spent the first decade of his professional working career with a fortune 50 corporation leading retail operations.

LOAN OFFICER
Jonathan is responsible for borrower communications and underwriting.

ACCOUNT MANAGER
Silver helps manage our pipeline of loans. She is responsible for all documentation prep and checking in on loans post closing.
